Meet the face
behind the posts

Hi, I’m Michaela, a public health professional and evaluator passionate about using data-driven strategies, quality improvement (QI), and program evaluation to create meaningful change in healthcare and community settings. With an MPH from Boston University, my work focuses on bridging the gap between policy, research, and real-world impact, ensuring that health initiatives are both effective and equitable.

Over the years, I’ve worked on public health programs, systems improvement efforts, and cross-sector initiatives aimed at addressing health disparities, access to care, and sustainability.

This blog is where I share insights, reflections, and strategies at the intersection of public health, professional development, and implementation practice. Whether you’re a fellow public health professional, an emerging leader, or someone passionate about health systems and social change, I hope you find this space both informative and inspiring.
